We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Please check these terms and conditions when you place an order as you are accepting these at this point in the ordering process.


We ensure where possible for the product photos to be as accurate as possible. As many of the gifts we sell are finished by hand there may be small variations between the photo and the gift you receive. This is one of the qualities of our individual gift range. Due to the technical limitations of computer displays and software, colours shown on screen may not be quite the same as the finished product.

Placing an Order

When you have placed an order via our checkout process, you will be asked for details to satisfy your order and delivery. You will then receive an e-mail complete with an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Please retain this e-mail until you have received your order. Information we retain as a result of this checkout process is kept confidentially.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately. We will notify you if we cannot accept your order. This may occur where the gifts are not available or we can not authorise your payment, if there has been a pricing or product description error.

Stock Availability

Our prices include VAT.

We charge separately for packaging and delivery. Details of these delivery charges are found on our delivery and gift wrapping page.

Our prices are reviewed at regular intervals are subject to change without notification. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time you pass through the checkout. In the event of Errors & Ommisions in the pricing, details or other aspects of our service we reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund.


There are three options for delivery, Next Business Day, Standard First Class which is 1 2 working days and Second Class which is 3 4 working days. All gifts are normally sent via Royal Mail although from time to time we may send high value orders via other carriers. All deliveries will need to be signed for, so please keep this in mind when entering a delivery address. We reserve the right to run security checks on payment and delivery details to prevent credit card fraud.

You can send orders to an alternative address at checkout. If you do this and decide not to add your own gift message we will add a card saying who the gift is from.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for the addressee. We accept no responsibility for lost gifts when they are delivered to the address provided.

Where the Royal Mail have attempted delivery and the addressee has not collected the parcel or rearranged delivery promptly, the parcel will be returned to us. This may also occur if the incorrect delivery address has been provided. In these cases, we can resend your order at an agreed cost. Alternatively, you will have the right to a refund less deductions for despatch and delivery costs incurred.

Should your parcel not arrive we will ask you to wait 15 working days after which we will despatch your order again or provide a refund, whichever you decide. 15 working days is the timeframe provided by Royal Mail before post can be treated as missing.

We do not accept responsibility for the late arrival of parcels delivered by our Standard European or Worldwide delivery services. For these services the stated time for delivery is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Gifts that arrive too late can be returned to us under our refunds policy.

Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel an order providing it has not already been despatched. If you have requested next day delivery, you will need to cancel the order before 1pm.

Our priority is to to exceed your expectations and ensure that you are fully satisfied. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in a resaleable condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please email us at Please quote the order number from the order confirmation e-mail or despatch confirmation e-mail, and your name and address and the reason for the return and we will e-mail you a Returns Authorisation Number and Returns Address Label which you should tape to the parcel.

We recommend that you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Where possible please use the original packaging and carefully pack items to prevent damage in transit. The goods remain your responsibility until we signed for them at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Delivery charges, return postage and gift boxes/wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Refund of Personalised Items

We cannot refund goods which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods

In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by emailing us at within 5 days of receipt of the gift. We will then advise you where to send your return to. On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. We do not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier costs unless agreed by us via email prior to the return. Please obtain a proof of your postage costs so that we can refund the correct amount.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card within 7 working days of its receipt or provide a replacement where agreed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
