Introduction

  • Our priority is to to exceed your expectations and ensure that you are fully satisfied. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in a resaleable condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.
  • You do not need to give any reason for the return but we are always interested in your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve our service to you.
  • We try to make the process of returning gifts to www.iAdoreYour.com as simple and painless as possible. At any point if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact either Sales@iAdoreYour.com or phone us on 0845 652 5032 and we will do everything we can to help you.

  • The returns policy detailed on the page does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of unwanted gifts

  • To request a return, please email us at returns@iadoreyour.com. Please quote the order number from the order confirmation e-mail or despatch confirmation e-mail, and your name and address and the reason for the return and we will e-mail you a Returns Authorisation Number and Returns Address Label which you should tape to the parcel.
  • Make sure the gift you are returning is well packaged for it's journey and take it to the Post Office. We strongly recommend that as a minimum you obtain proof of postage. If your parcel were to go missing in the post this entitles you to claim upto £36 compensation from the Post Office. For items of Jewellery or more expensive items we recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery. In all cases make sure you keep the proof of postage or recorded delivery details somewhere safe until we confirm we have received your parcel and credited you. If in doubt ask the Post Office about the most secure means of returning expensive gifts.
  • Please e-mail us to confirm you have posted your parcel. If the Post Office have given you a tracking number please include this number in your e-mail. We proactively manage returns. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of issuing a Returns Authorisation Number we will contact you. If we have not received your parcel within 7 days of you confirming it was posted we will contact you. Note: If a parcel fails to arrive the Post Office insist you wait 15 days from the date of posting before they allow you to claim compensation.
  • We cannot refund goods which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty.
  • Returns are normally credited the day they are received but we promise they will be credited within a maximum of 2 business days.

Return of damaged or faulty gifts

  • In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by emailing us at returns@iadoreyour.com within 5 days of receipt of the gift. We will then advise you where to send your return to.
  • On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund.
  • We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent. We do not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier costs unless agreed by us via email prior to the return.
