How we deliver your presents

  • We use the Royal Mail and DHL to deliver all of the presents ordered on this site.
  • The Royal Mail service we use depends upon the option you select at checkout, the size, weight, value and destination of your order.
  • We use DHL for heavy orders and for our next day International delivery.
  • If you have any questions about the delivery options please phone us on 0845 652 5032.
  • Unlike most other web sites we promise to despatch all orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday the same day.
  • In the event of a Royal Mail strike we will automatically send your parcel via DHL or another service not affected by the industrial action.

FREE Standard UK Delivery: For orders over £20

  • For orders under £20 we charge just £2.50
  • Royal Mail aim to have your delivery to you in 3- 4 working days
  • Orders received before 1pm, Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same day
  • Heavy or valuable parcels will be sent via recorded delivery, so the parcel will need to be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available to sign a 'While You Were Out' card will be left, giving the options to collect or rearrange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order as there will often be a time delay of 48 hours between the attempted delivery and before you can collect your parcel or have it redelivered. This is especially relevant if you require your order urgently.
  • We can deliver to your place of work (Monday - Friday) if this is more convenient. Please enter a separate delivery address at checkout.
  • During particularly busy times of the year such as Christmas, this standard delivery service can be subject to small delays as Royal Mail start to get very busy.

1st class delivery: 3.50

  • Royal Mail aim to have your delivery to you in 1 - 2 working days
  • Orders received before 1pm, Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same day
  • Heavy or valuable parcels will be sent via recorded delivery, so the parcel will need to be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available to sign a 'While You Were Out' card will be left, giving the options to collect or rearrange.   • This service covers orders being sent to Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.

International and International Next Day

  • We can can quote for international next day delivery upon request using DHL Worldwide Express. Please contact the ordering help line for more information.

Bespoke Service: From 6.95

  • If you have any special gift delivery requirements please give us a call to discuss before placing your order.

No Paperwork

  • We will e-mail an order confirmation / receipt directly to you.
  • We will not include a receipt in the parcel.
  • Business customers can request a VAT receipt by e-mailing or phoning customer services.
  • If we are delivering an order directly to the person who placed the order we may include promotional items such as leaflets and product samples.
