When paying over the phone:
For customers who prefer to speak to someone before ordering or who feel safer not using their credit card online we offer a telephone ordering and advice line. The telephone number is shown at the top right hand corner of every page. We are able to accept the following cards over the phone.

Vouchers:
If you have received a gift, discount or promotional voucher you can enter the details at the checkout screen. The relevant amount will then automatically be subtracted from the cost of your order. Note that vouchers often have their own terms and conditions such as minimum order value, qualifying items and use by dates. Please check your voucher for details.
Other payment methods:
We are sorry but we are unable to accept personal cheques and we do not currently accept payment via PayPal. If there is a form of payment you would like to use which is not supported we would be interested to here from you.
Please never send us e-mails quoting your credit card number or leave orders with your credit card details on our voice mail / answer phone. Please do not send us orders through the post quoting your credit card details. If you would like to place an order while we are closed please contact us via e-mail or leave a message on our answer phone stating what you require, your name and phone number and we will contact you to request your payment details.
